Agentic AI → Digital Worker

A worker is more than an agent call.

An AI agent can reason and use tools. A digital worker adds operational continuity: triggers, schedules, durable state, policies, retries, verification, escalation, and evidence. It is a governed loop that can own a bounded outcome over time.

1 Event-driven. Work begins from a real signal, schedule, or state change—not only a chat prompt.
2 Policy-bounded. Every action is constrained by explicit permissions and escalation rules.
3 Outcome-verified. Completion means confirmed effect, not merely a generated answer.
4 Observable. Inputs, decisions, tool calls, retries, and final state remain inspectable.

AI Agent

A reasoning-and-action capability that responds to a task and may use tools.

Digital Worker

A persistent operating system around one or more agents, responsible for a bounded workflow and its verified result.

Fencing Exchange Review & Analysis

Teaching video models to understand the structure of a bout.

Fencing is not a sequence of static poses. It is a fast transition system: preparation, acceleration, attack, defense, halt, and reset. The research models exchanges as events and transitions, then connects visual dynamics to rule-relevant states.

The current system combines tracking, temporal representation, activity estimation, hysteresis, and valley-based splitting to identify exchange boundaries robustly across varied camera positions and venues.

Research direction: move from stable/transition structure toward tactical state, intent sequences, and practical coaching feedback—while preserving low-compute deployment.

Market research system

Simulation before execution.

The simulator is designed to test whether a market thesis survives contact with time, volatility, transaction assumptions, and portfolio constraints. It separates signal generation from execution emulation so research results remain reproducible and auditable.

01 / INPUT Market & event replay Time-aligned prices, volume, news, and macro context.
02 / LOGIC Strategy engine Rules, regime filters, factor hypotheses, and scenario logic.
03 / CONTROL Portfolio & risk Sizing, exposure, drawdown, liquidity, and survivability gates.
04 / EMULATION Paper execution Fill assumptions, slippage, timing, and order-state simulation.
05 / EVIDENCE Evaluation & audit Attribution, failure analysis, decision logs, and repeatable tests.
Research only. This system is a simulation and paper-trading environment. It does not place live orders, connect to a brokerage account, or provide investment advice.

Research method

Build for evidence, not spectacle.

The same engineering principles apply across agents, sports intelligence, and market simulation.

01 / MEASURE

Define the outcome

Start with a measurable task, explicit baseline, and evaluation set. A model score matters only when tied to the workflow outcome.

02 / SEPARATE

Isolate system layers

Keep perception, reasoning, policy, action, and verification separable so failures can be located instead of guessed.

03 / VERIFY

Treat output as a hypothesis

Generated text or a predicted class is not completion. Confirm the downstream effect and capture evidence.

04 / GENERALIZE

Test outside the happy path

Measure venue changes, camera drift, regime shifts, missing inputs, latency, cost, and recovery from partial failure.

Related directions

The connective tissue around intelligent models.

Additional work focuses on the infrastructure that turns model capability into dependable applications.

Adaptive model routing

Route tasks by complexity, latency, cost, and confidence while preserving consistent interfaces and traceability.

Policy-aware tool use

Separate what a model proposes from what a system is allowed to execute, with explicit approvals and audit evidence.

Video interaction modeling

Move from object detection toward trajectories, interactions, event structure, and higher-level intent.

Agent evaluation

Evaluate end-to-end reliability, tool success, recovery behavior, and verified business or research outcomes.

Efficient data systems

Design reproducible pipelines for labeled, weakly labeled, and unlabeled data without overbuilding infrastructure.

Human-in-the-loop systems

Use human judgment where ambiguity, safety, or domain expertise matters most—and capture that feedback for improvement.

Applied intelligence

The interesting work begins after the model answers.

Research becomes useful when a system can observe the real world, make a bounded decision, act safely, verify the result, and improve from evidence.
